VERSA (Viral Entry Receptor Sensitivity Analysis) is a computational platform designed to analyse the sensitivity of viral fusion efficiencies as a function of surface receptor expression. Although other viral systems will be added, the current application analyzes the fusion of different strains of HIV-1 and SIV using the 293-Affinofile cell line developed by Dr. Benhur Lee. In this system, the cell surface receptor CD4 and coreceptor CCR5 can be nearly independently varied, and the HIV fusion efficiency is measured as a function of both surface receptor and coreceptor. Our analysis returns a sensitivity vector describing the relative sensitivity of fusion to receptor and coreceptor, for any particular strain.

This form assumes that the uploaded file is a comma delimited file (.csv) with one of the following two characteristics:- The first element of the file (i.e. first row , first column) should be a string containing a brief description of the data set. The remaining elements of the first row and the first column contain the numerical values of receptors concentrations (e.g. CD4 and CCR5).
